Description
Sports & Entertainment Services (SES) is the management company for the facilities that host the following teams: Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Arizona Rattlers, and Arizona Diamondbacks.
The SES security department is hiring Event Security Officers to maintain established security policies and procedures that will protect US Airways Center & Chase Field’s assets, employees, and guests during all sports, concerts, and family events.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Regulate and control access to restricted and secure areas (i.e. event level, locker rooms, and other various clubs and sensitive areas) • Monitor, patrol and respond to alarms/emergency situations inside/outside the US Airways Center and Chase Field grounds • Serve and interact with guests attending events, provide information and direction to inquiries from the public or employees, and interact professionally and notify the proper authorities or personnel as situations dictate. Provide information and direction to inquiries in a positive and friendly manner. • Complete effective communication, both verbal and written where appropriate, in situations where reports are generated or direction is needed; prepare effective incident/accident reports • Identify, diagnose and resolve safety concerns; effectively generate safety awareness and enforce guidelines to reduce unsafe practices
Required skills/qualifications:
• Flexible schedule; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed around event schedule • Ability to work under pressure and stand, navigate stairs, and/or walk for long periods of time • Effective communication skills and the ability to write an incident report • Computer experience with Microsoft Office • Security experience (preferred)

Job duties may include, but are not limited to the following, as dictated by the needs of the individual facility.
Loads and unloads pallets and individual cases to/from trailers.
Picks appropriate cases according to orders and places on carts.
Loads product onto route truck following prescribed manner.
Picks up empty pallet boards and carries to storage area. .
Loads trailers via carts or "dead stack" (stacking cases on the floor of trailers).
Responsible for receiving and distributing product.
Assists in weekly inventory of product.
Maintains general housekeeping and specific sanitation.
Picks individual item orders from a pick list, packs to order for specific stops. Use of voice activated order pulling system (via a headset) is required. May also pull case pack product as well. After product is pulled, packed and labeled for each stop, it is loaded into the appropriate route sales truck for next day delivery. Accuracy in pulling orders is essential to insure full delivery to each stop.
Analyzes situation accurately, taking effective action; following written and oral instructions; organize and coordinate work; collect, chart and interpret statistical data, calculate mathematical equations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, analyze and problem solve, communicating tactfully and effectively; ability to work under narrow time constraints; while maintaining effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, evenings. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business. Ability to work various shifts is required.

Work Days/Hours: Varying shifts within the operating hours of: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-7:00pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm during regular hours. Minimum of 15 hours per week up to 40 hours per week as needed during peak periods.

Job Summary: Provide customer service assistance to current and prospective students over the phone and in person during the peak enrollment period through February 14th, 2014. Assist clients with questions related to registration, general admission and advisement. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with students and staff.

Benefits Eligible: No Job Summary: This position supports the marketing and communications function at Chandler-Gilbert Community College and reports to the Director of Marketing. Serves as a professional and technical design resource in the creation of marketing and communications materials that support enrollment, retention and the enhancement of the college’s institutional identity. Job Duties:
Provides concept, design, layout, and production of printed materials including brochures, invitations, fliers, booklets, newsletters, postcards, posters, signs, etc.
Creates files ready for printing/production.
Designs and prepares files for electronic distribution including html emails and other web-based materials such as online ads and banners. Solicits print job specifications and proposals from vendors. Works within established deadlines and coordinates multiple projects simultaneously. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of: techniques, methodology and procedures of graphic design; broadcast and placement of advertising materials; 4-color process, pre-press and off-set printing production.
Ability to design, develop and evaluate multimedia graphic materials.
Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite 6 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), web design software, html and social media platforms related to marketing and design, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Knowledge of web software (Dreamweaver and flash), and HTML experience as well as familiarity with online content management platforms are a plus. Experience using social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential. Photography skills a plus.
