Description

This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, and direction to the service teams by developing and implementing
action plans to meet company objectives, Responsibilities also include sales, service, and administrative functions to grow the
service business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

1.    Collaborates with President and Director of Operations to establish revenue goals and objectives and ensure that

teams and team members obtain their targets.

2.    Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline technicians and apprentices.

3.    Be proactive with the Sales Team to build customer base to generate profitable, sustainable business.

4.    Maintain customer, contractor, and vendor relationships.

5.    Prepare and monitor annual budgets.

6, leads by developing operational goals, establishing accountability, follow up and performance improvement among
service team members.

7.    Ensure compliance with company safety programs and ensure that employee training is thorough and up-to-date.

8.    Abide by Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well company procedures for the handling of all human
resource issues.

1. Sales revenue, gross margin and gross profit.

:;to Customer and tech issues resolved quickly and with a win-Win outcome.

3. Good communication and coordination exist. Assistance and support are provided as needed.

SUPERVISORY R.ESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises all service team managers and supervisors.

EDUCATION and/or Experience

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent work experience in the fire and security industry may be substituted.
Preferred

At tease ten years of directly related experience in fire and security sales and service,

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of security Systems and/or sprinkler installation. Project Management. Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with
basic accounting concepts. Typing or keyboarding experience required.

SKILLS/ ABILITIES

Planning and organizing

Strong leadership ability

Strong cost control
Management skills

Customer relationship skills
Ability to read CAD drawings
Attentive to detail and accurate.

 

Cooperative and willing to assist others.
Able to use computer applications.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT; The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be

Physical requirements include the ability to climb a 16/24-foot ladder, lift 45 pounds, work from the rooftops of multi-story
buildings and ledges and perform manual installation operations outdoors.

Requires outdoor work in temperatures that can be hot and also working indoors in an office environment.
