Regional Sales Manager, Sales | Phoenix

Required Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively and independently distill and deliver the value proposition, demonstrating their product platform.
- Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via cold-calls, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships, executive introductions, and marketing automation introductions to independently close contracts at a close frequency and value to meet or exceed productivity and quota expectations.
- Follow the established sales process, and consistently and regularly use Salesforce.com to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity to Sales Management.
- Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFPs
- Appropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle in addition to providing ongoing feedback to other areas of the organization.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years successful sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota of around $1M annually.
- Inside Sales experience preferred.
- Strongly prefer previous experience selling Software as a Service (SAAS) technologies in a related industry.
- Solution sales experience a big plus.
- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp quickly.
- Experience selling software products and solutions to marketing and sales professionals strongly preferred.
- Strong cold calling skills .
- MUST BE willing to use Salesforce.com to document all stages of the sales process.
- Process and task oriented; very organized and diligent in territory/deal management.
Location: Phoenix
Silicon Valley based, opening a brand new dedicated sales office in Phoenix
Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 base
OTE $80.000 - $120,000
