What does a Project Team Specialist (Dayside) do?

The Project Team Specialist is responsible for completing all merchandising tasks within their assigned stores on a weekly
basis. This includes product and fixture moves as well as the building of new fixtures and displays, setting planograms
and graphics, implementing new technology per provided instructions, and ensuring our stores are ready for business
each day. They use their merchandising and technical skills to complete these tasks in accordance with merchandising
fundamentals and in partnership with their retail stores.
85% of your time you will:
Complete merchandising tasks, which includes planogram assignments, clean presentations, implementing
fixtures, signage and product security devices
Set new and relocated planograms and graphics to merchandising standards, completes planogram checklist and
proper filing procedures
Build new product displays and implement new technology displays
Maintain upkeep of store displays and assist store team with fixture and technology functionality
15 % of your time you will:
Assist both store employees and customers with product knowledge and sales
Assist Project Team Lead with the training of new Project Team members through job shadowing and sharing of
best practices
What are the Professional Requirements of a Project Team Specialist?
Basic Qualifications:
6 months retail sales or merchandising experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Big Joe (forklift) Certification must be completed within 30 days
Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time
Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

What does a Project Team Specialist (Dayside) do?

each day. They use their merchandising and technical skills to complete these tasks in accordance with merchandising

fixtures, signage and product security devices
Set new and relocated planograms and graphics to merchandising standards, completes planogram checklist and
