Sanitation Job description



Sanitation job requirements:

 Cleaning and sanitizing the equipment in the processing and packaging areas of the plant.

 The Sanitor will be required to cross train on all the different equipment in packaging and processing.

 The Sanitors are also responsible for helping to maintain the sites MSS (Master Sanitation Schedule).

 The Sanitor will responsible for owning one of the Food Safety Sections of the Quality Systems Health Audit.

 Sanitors are expected to attend and participate in team meetings.

 Engagement in the business is required.

 Expected to perform other sanitation related duties as assigned by the Resource and Coordinator.

 Sanitors must be flexible in schedules based on company need.
