The successful candidate has the opportunity to progress into open roles in the growing organization such as Sales Team Leader, Customer Service and Retention Manager, Sales Trainer, or Sales Manager. You will guide customers through a consultative sales presentation over the telephone, advising them on the most beneficial equipment and monitoring package based on their needs. We are seeking talent that supports our philosophy and commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibilities will be:
• Deliver prepared sales script that describes our products, promotions, and services, in order to assist customers with purchasing an ADT security alarm system. While this is a scripted position, you are encouraged to put your own personality into your calls! • Listen and respond to customers' questions about ADT security alarm systems, and make recommendations to the customers based on their security needs. • Effectively manage customer pipeline through proper lead management. • Manage client relationship from initial call to installation by utilizing our CRM. • Perform outbound sales calls to our database of potential clients. • Must meet and/or exceed all company sales performance expectations, including: conversion ratio, outbound dials, installation percentage, and upsell ratio. • Must have the ability to communicate best practices and recommendations to teammates to enhance overall performance of the business unit. • Other duties as assigned.
