Position/Title: Office Coordinator
Department/Location: Career Services and Service Learning
Work Days/Hours: Mon - Fri, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., hours will vary and will not exceed 19 hours per week
End Date: 6/30/2014
Hourly Rate: $10.00

Job Summary:
This position coordinates and provides support to the daily operation of Career Services and Service-Learning utilizing a highly diverse range of clerical and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
-Professional experience working in an office setting
-Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
-Experience communicating effectively both orally and in writing through the proper use of English grammar, vocabulary and spelling
-Experience providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
-Experience working with confidential data while adhering to policies and procedures
-Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks in a team environment (preferred)
-Experience using online systems: College Financial System (CFS), Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Student Information System (SIS), R-25 scheduling system. (preferred)
-Experience developing promotional materials, maintaining records, preparing reports, developing forms and procedures (preferred)
-Experience coordinating activities, events, presentations and workshops (preferred)
Special Working Conditions (if applicable): May require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, stooping and prolonged viewing of a computer monitor.
