This key position is responsible for managing a team of Phlebotomists and supervisory staff on our mobile collections unit based in Scottsdale & Flagstaff.  Must be willing to travel to Flagstaff twice a month (overnight stay required) and rotate the on-call.  Expertise in staff development, and mentoring, strong leadership skills to motivate subordinates, sound judgment and decision-making capabilities, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer services skills.	1 FT	Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm	$25.06 hourly (DOE)

(Mileage reimbursement provided.)  Strong outside sales and territory experience preferred. Position sits in Tucson. Travel Required.	As part of the donor recruitment (sales) team, you will be responsible for contacting local organizations to sponsor blood drives, achieving annual and monthly territorial goals through effective donor recruitment and territory, account and calendar management.  Responsibilities may also include working with key business leaders and the United Blood Services management team to increase blood donations by attracting, educating & retaining donors among the community.	FT	Monday-Friday with varied hours	$42,000 / Annual DOE
